Sehr geehrte Kundinnen und Kunden Wir möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass wir über die kommenden Festtage (22. Dezember bis 2. Januar 2007), folgende Dienstleistungen reduziert anbieten: - unser Sales-Abteilung ist geschlossen. Wir verarbeiten neue Bestellungen wieder ab dem 3. Januar - unser Helpdesk ist zu den gewohnten Zeiten für Sie verfügbar und hilft Ihnen bei der Lösung von Problemen. Die Implementierung von Erweiterungen/Upgrades, usw. wird allerdings erst wieder nach dem 2. Januar vorgenommen.

Problems at Sunrise (outside TheNet network):DONE

Some networks connected via Sunrise are no longer reachable. Also Cablecom users cannot see www.sunrise.ch and other services.

Some sites could be slow...RESOLVED

We have experiencing some problem to reach different sites (eg. support.microsoft.com), latency is observed outside of our network on various paths. We are working on the problem.

Recabling work, Kirchenfeld:DONE

To finalize the work caused by power outage last Wednesday, there is recabling work planned for Thursday, 2nd November, starting 17:15, finished at 18:00. During this time short interuptions could occur.

Connectivity problems at Swisscom:DONE

Connectivity problems at Swisscom reported by many providers. Fixed.

Problem with DNS:DONE

Currently we are experiencing problems with DNS resolving. We are intensivly working on the problem. Fixed.

Work at Backbone provider:DONE

One of our backbone provider has announced work on his infrastructure for 12th October, between 4:00 and 6:00 in the morning. During this time traffic could be routed over backup path, connectivity should not be interrupted.

Leysin Maintenance:DONE

Chers clients, de jeudi, 7 à mardi 12 septembre il y aura des travaux d'amplification du réseau WiFi à Leysin. Causé par ces travaux, le service wlan@thenet pourrait être interrompu pendant des courtes périodes. Veuillez nous en excuser et merci pour votre compréhension. Votre équipe TheNet
