Low signal or no signal?

wlan@thenet is a mobility service, thus TheNet can't guarantee a signal in a particular location.

In case you have a bad or no signal, we advise the following: 

  • Search a place with a better signal and surf there. If you are inside a house, a place nearby a window might improve the situation a lot.
  • Talk to your landlord. We are always willing to submit an offer in order to cover your building with wlan@thenet.
  • Contact us. In case you are in a region with the presence of a wlan@thenet network, we gladly submit you a Managed Repeater Service offer in order to amplify the signal at your place.
