No login page?
- Check if you recieve our signal. You can do that when checking the list of all available WLAN networks. The name (SSID) of our network is wlan@thenet. If you don't see our network or the signal is not good enough, please move to a location with a better coverage.
- Open your browser and enter a URL like for example http://www.google.ch. Please do not enter any TheNet-related address or https:// addresses. You should get redirected to the login page.
- If you are connected with our network but you don't get a login page:
- Please check your configuration (see: Configuration)
- Please check that you passed correctly all login steps (see: How can I use wlan@thenet?)
- Delete your browser's history, cookies and cache. See how-to.
